TEACHING:

Our workshops will be:

Saturday,  July 8, and run through Sunday, July 9th.

Workshops focus on fiber preparation, spinning techniques, dyeing, knitting, felting and weaving of fibers. Workshops times are suggested to run 1/2-day or less in length (we look specially at workshops that run for 90 minutes or less).

Class cancellations will be at the determination of the Festival Management. Signups will be accepted on the day of the event. All instructors should be prepared to handle the maximum number signups at the time of their presentation.

Factors considered when choosing workshops and teachers may include:

  • Popular new or advanced techniques for fiber artists
  • Representation of basic or beginner techniques
  • Proposed equipment and space needs
  • Teacher experience/qualifications
  • Demand for specific class or teacher

Deadline for proposals is March 1st, 2023
